
I'm sorry this pic is a little bit blurry. Isn't this guy something? Doesn't he look full of a "Don't even THINK about messing with me!" attitude?

And, look at the size of him! He is also known (by me) as "Big Granddaddy Groundhog".
He was over near a big ole tree stump on the edge of our property earlier today and I grabbed the camera and managed to get some pictures of him.

He's a big one alright:) We have one that comes to our backyard to eat the fallen apples from our tree. The first time I saw him/her I thought that it was an extra large squirrel..LOL

The groundhogs we have here do that, too! They sit under a crabapple tree on our property and eat the crabapples that fall on the ground. They all look extremely well-fed. : )
